By the main road on 12300 S, it is often best to turn north off 700 E where there is a traffic light. Go north about a block, turn right (east) and go around some offices to park on the west side. Go in the west door into the foyer. We are on the northeast section (Suite C).

Currently the clinic does not accept credit cards. Drs McEntire and Cheney do not accept insurance, however, you may use their superbill to turn in to your insurance. Some have paid, some have not. Dr. Logan does not accept insurance either.
